Skills:
Ability to set up, administer and manage MS Windows and desktop applications, M365 Applications and M365 Exchange. Required 5 Years
Ability to troubleshoot standard/common operating systems and software/hardware issues. Required 5 Years
Basic networking knowledge and support of Mobile Devices. Required 3 Years
Proficient with most recent versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and Citrix Sharefile. Required 2 Years
Familiar with MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, OneDrive, Web Browsers, WinSCP. Required 2 Years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent teamwork and interpersonal relations skills; group one-on-one training skills. Required 5 Years
Ability to determine client needs and effectively communicate with clients and technical experts. Required 5 Years
Ability to perform job with minimal supervision. Required 2 Years
Knowledge of website development and maintenance, including HTML and CSS. Desired 1 Years
Experience with NCID, Salesforce, Cisco, NCMail and RACF. Desired 1 Years
Familiarity with McAfee antivirus solutions, McAfee Encryption Recovery, and ServiceNow Help Desk software Desired 1 Years

Demonstrates a range of technical understanding to independently resolve routine and non-routine issues on software and/or hardware, resolving most incidents the first time.

Communicates with vendors to resolve technical issues. Schedule servicing for copiers, printers, microfiche, and other specialty equipment under contract.

Monitor and maintain windows desktop environments with experience & understanding of basic networking.

Asset inventory includes maintaining monthly reporting, resolving inventory discrepancies, deploying and tracking IT equipment, managing surplus.

Logistical experience includes requesting vendor quotes, managing and ordering supplies, recycling toner.

Administrative duties include documenting non-routine procedures and workarounds and solutions, cleaning up stale accounts on share drive, maintain IC user accounts with DIT, managing onboarding & offboarding process.

Strong ability to communicate technical information in an understandable way to non-technical users. User support is hands-on support, contact is in-person, phone, ticketing system and/or via email.
