REQUIREMENTS:
-20+ experience in project management work, business analysis, or project administration
-10+ Experience managing complex projects throughout all development phases.
-10+ Experience in planning, leading, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
-1+ Experience simultaneously collecting requirements across multiple program areas.
PREFERRED:
-1 year Multi-State Unemployment System Consortium Experience
-1 year Implementation of CARES Act and/or experience enforcing law changes implement quickly.
-Experience with Unemployment Insurance
-Experience in the development, test and implementation of IVR and Imaging Systems
This position is to assist agency in defining business processes, developing system and report requirements and test system development in conjunction with MDES business analysts.
The position will assist in the development of best practices to prevent fraud within the Unemployment Insurance Arena by folling
Should recommend new processes, hardware and or software to assist with fraud detection and prevention.
