8 Required Experience implementing PeopleSoft Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management and eProcurement preferably with CPA’s CAPPS Fins. 9.2.
8 Required Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
8 Required Experience participating in large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials implementation projects
8 Required Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
6 Required Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test
6 Required Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
4 Required Experience gathering business requirements, conducting and documenting fit/gap sessions, and PeopleSoft system configuration.
4 Required Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation.
4 Required Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher.
4 Required Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development
4 Required Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
2 Required Experience with configuration documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2
2 Required Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and People Tools 8.53
4 Preferred Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).
4 Preferred Experience with PeopleSoft User Productivity Kit (UPK)
4 Preferred Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable. Asset Management, and eProcurement.

Office of the Attorney General of Texas will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
The functional analyst will be responsible for assisting the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) with Functional Design, Configuration, Build, Test and Deployment through go-live for CPA’s CAPPS Financials 9.2 implementation. The worker must have in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing CAPPS Fins. 9.2 Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management and eProcurement modules. This position requires multi-tasking, exercising initiative and independent judgment.
