Java Developer with Agile, Scrum and FICO debt manager experience

5+Experience developing in an Agile software development environment (Scrum)
Experience with FICO Debt Manager software core application and data model"
Once restrictions are lifted, this person will be required to work onsite 100% of the time. As such, local candidates are preferred.
Bid Scoring Criteria
30% – Cost
20% – Java 1.8 or higher programming experience duration and quality. Full stack desired with extra consideration for Amazon
Web Services experience
10% – Experience with some or all of the following: Writing Soap and RESTful web services using the Spring Framework, Implementing Spring
Security Reading / Writing Spring Data to Oracle and Mongo databases, Consideration given for experience with: JBoss, DROOLS
30% – FICO Debt Manager experience and knowledge, particularly with customizations. Extra consideration may be given for Financial
knowledge
10% – Experience duration and quality related to FICO tools including XMLSpy, Pentaho Kitchen / Spoon, Dell TOAD / SQL
