Help Desk support Technician with O365, Active Directory Management , desktoplaptop repair, troubleshooting/software installation, BMC, MAC OS and Hardware Implementation experience

Location: Jackson MS (MDEK12)
Duration: 14 Months
Local candidates or candidates that can relocate. Will be onsite.
3 references are required.

Required Skills/Experience
Experience working in a help desk environment 3
Experienced with providing support for O365 Applications 3
Experience providing remote assistance using various platforms 3
Experience in desktoplaptop repair, troubleshooting, and software installation 3
Hardware Implementation and Deployment 3
Active Directory Management 3

Preference given to candidates with the below skills/experience. Must also meet minimum requirements.
Microsoft O365 experience
BMC Footprints Help Desk Experience
MAC OS Experience
