Local Oracle EBS Developer with configuration, maintenance, upgrade, Procurement experience
Location: Richmond VA (city of Richmond)
Duration: 3+ months (Work will vary between 30-40 hours)
**This position can be remote, but the manager would HIGHLY prefer someone who can come into the office every so often. Local candidates and candidates in a reasonable driving distance will be prioritized**

City of Richmond is looking to upgrade their current version of EBS from 12.1 to 12.2.9. This individual will be responsible for assessing the current environment and assisting with the upgrade.
-Oracle EBS development vers. 12.2.9
-Experience upgrading modules.
-Understand this business side of Procurement, they do not want a heads down developer.
-Thorough knowledge of configuration, maintenance, upgrades, functionality use and reporting of System, Administration, iProcurement, Supplier, Contracts and other modules as relates to Procurement management and processing in the Oracle E-Business Suite vers. 12.1 and 12.2.9.
-Thorough practical business knowledge of procurement requirements, functions and best practices particularly in the area of government procurement.
