This position will be responsible for guiding projects through scoping and proposal processes as part of project initiation.
The SCC is preparing to start two new projects: an upgrade to the Oracle eBusiness Suite and an upgrade/migration to our new web content management system. With the currently active project portfolio, there are no business analysts available to work on these projects and delay of current assignments is not possible due to either the business importance or statutory deadlines. Both efforts mentioned above are time-sensitive and need to be completed by the end of 2021.
This position will be responsible for guiding projects through scoping and proposal processes as part of project initiation. The business analyst will be responsible for elicitation of and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with PMO guidance. This is not a technical position – the analyst will not be doing system design work.
