Applicant must have experience with project management and be well versed in the design and
implementation of eligibility system for SNAP,TANF and Medicaid. Experience with the development of
mid to large scale welfare systems; Knowledge of USDA-FNS guidelines and working in a state
government environment; Exp. Interacting with program users and technical staff regarding business
and information technology needs; Exp in overseeing project life-cycles and development
