Skills:
A mid-senior level lead resource having good experience in Java-Spring, Spring boot, Microservices, JMS and Webservices. Should be able to understand business requirements and carry out the design, code, testing. Good communication skills to discuss with SME’s and Architects and drive the team from Offshore.
Technical Skills:
An excellent techie with strong experience in Java 8, Spring, spring Boot, JMS, , XML, Cloud Ops, Rest services and Microservices etc
Good knowledge on Microservices is must.
Should have working experience in MQs.
Able to create Restful APIs. Strong design and programming skills using JSON and XML.
Identifying the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the Client migration activities.
Experience in working with CICD -Jenkins, databases like Oracle, DB2 and should have worked in Linux/unix environments.
Able to work on testing frameworks.
Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.
Assisting the software design team with application integration.
Experience on data center migration will be an added advantage.
Process Skills:
Should have strong technical skills and guide team for any query in Java, Spring, Spring boot, XML, JMs cloud ops etc.,
Meeting with technology managers and the design team to discuss the goals and needs of the current systems.
Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.

Resolve technical issues of projects and coordinate with various stakeholders to understand and guide the team in the right way.
