Procurement Analyst with Cardinal System, accounting/financial management and eVA/government experience

Location: 1221 E Broad St Richmond VA (VDOT)
Duration: 12 months

*candidates will telework now (after coming to office to pick up laptop). Once restrictions are lifted, candidates will be required to work onsite daily M-F 8-5pm, NO exceptions

To support IT Division AITR role, by overseeing VITA’s KeyStone Edge system to monitor, review and approve as needed. Responsibilities include but not limited to technical solution review, financial reconciliations and performing cost impact scenarios while working with the VITA bill, tracking VITA Communications for cost impacts. This role will also at times support the IT Procurement team for purchasing IT Goods and Services. Tracking of large purchases through the procurement stages by capturing current statues on a Kanban board and preparing various reports. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop statistical reports, reconcile records, and provide customer service at all levels. Reporting on metrics for number of monthly procurements, prompt pay and other various unit metrics. Oversees a wide range of administrative and technical functions necessary for effective office management. Independently performs all administrative and fiscal tasks with accuracy. Soft Skills: Promoting good customer service to internal & external customers, comprehensive analytical skills (Excel, MS Word) are required. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently, performs a variety of complicated tasks, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
