Interview: Webcam and Phone (local Richmond candidates only)
Work will be remote initially if needed, but will resume onsite once offices reopen.
SKILLS /EXPERIENCE Required:
Demonstrated experience leading a team of developers producing adaptive, interactive customer facing web applications using Scrum methodologies Required 3 Years
Advanced skills in application development with ASP .NET Web API, and experience implementing Web API security Required 7 Years
Extensive skill in using C# is required, including considerable experience in object-oriented programming Required 10 Years
Substantial experience developing adaptive, interactive customer facing web applications using ASP.Net MVC 5, Bootstrap, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript Required 10 Years
Substantial experience in .NET development using Entity Framework, web services, and SOA concepts Required 10 Years
Demonstrated experience utilizing secure web application development best practices Required 5 Years
Experience mentoring less-knowledgeable development staff Required 5 Years

• Lead with a team of 3 to 5 developers using Scrum to in an ASP.NET MVC5 environment according to architecture and design specifications to develop applications and application components to deliver line-of-business functionality for both internal VDACS users and citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
