Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
8 Required Experience programming with Java SE/EE 6 and above
8 Required Working knowledge of RAML or YAML
8 Required Familiarity with Linux and Windows
8 Required Working with MS-SQL developing tables, views, triggers, and stored procedures
8 Required Experience translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs with interlocked financial modeling for very large complex technical solutions
8 Required Experience analyzing customer service requirements and designing service solutions to meet those objectives
8 Required Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations
8 Required Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals, clients, and stakeholders
8 Required Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
8 Required Ability to analyze and problem solve
8 Required Ability to establish and always maintain effective and professional working relationships with others in the course and scope of conducting business
4 Required Experience with the AnyPoint studio, versions 3.8 or 3.9
3 Preferred Experience deploying APIs
3 Preferred Experience using Jenkins for CICD
3 Preferred Knowledge of the JBoss SOA-P ESB
1 Preferred Certifications: MuleSoft Development Certifications

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of (1) Developer Analyst, hereafter referred to as Candidate, who meets the general qualification of Developer Analyst 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for the Office of the Attorney General (OAG).
The Candidate will engage in application development activities using MuleSoft. A successful candidate will have the ability to program in MuleSoft within the AnyPoint platform, as well as provide solutions for technical challenges and work effectively with our technical staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
§ Be responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technical solutions using MuleSoft.
§ Implement changes with applications; test those changes to ensure accuracy; and work to accept and deploy the new solutions.
§ Appraise existing processes and new requirements to establish methods to successfully implement integration services in the targeted environment(s).
§ Confer with the OAG team in analysis, migration, and resolution to any technical challenges.
§ Observe project reporting requirements in communication of the progress toward completion of assignments.
§ Coordinate with the OAG team in verification of migration success.
§ Assist in creating overall testing approaches and test scenarios.
§ Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables.
