The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the coordination of NC FAST Medicaid training activities, which includes the development of training curriculum, plan, and approach for virtual and in-person training delivery to NC FAST users. This person will work with a team of NC FAST trainers tasked to design and deliver virtual interactive webinars and in-person training to county Child Services staff. In addition to resource coordination and project management responsibilities, this position may require development and delivery of training content to ensure deadlines are met.
This person will work closely with Implementation team leaders to understand the existing e-learning curriculum when planning the virtual and in-person training approach. S/he will also collaborate with NC FAST and Medicaid subject matter experts to ensure training strategies align with program and policy requirements.
Other duties include the creation of training delivery schedules, roll-out planning, status reporting, and workload tracking.
