Minimum Requirements:

6RequiredIdentifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective; Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.;
6RequiredWrite detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs; Prepare and documents Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse work
6RequiredStrong experience as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology.
6RequiredThe ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs; formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies and is experienced with business process reengineering
6RequiredAssist with business warehouse/intelligence support and enhancements; Develop RFP; assist in deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms;
6RequiredWork with IT and program project teams to understand reporting and data warehousing requirements and propose solutions; document and provide knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders;
6RequiredReview and evaluating vendor plans, deliverables, and must be able to elicit and document program requirements through Joint Application Design (JAD) requirements gathering sessions;
6RequiredResearch available technologies and products, provide insight into and evaluations of different products and implementation strategies;
