Job Description – Implement standard project management industry practices for Agile Teams. Understand the PMI framework as well as how establish a project organization and methodology within Agile (Scrum) organizations. Communicate to clients and IT teams. Create project charters, work plans and other related project artifacts as necessary. Provide technical support both during work hours and on-call as necessary. Be able to comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and implementations as well as complex business processes. Serve in an analyst capacity as required. The work must possess good communication and organizational skills that are critical for the success of the project. The worker must be skilled with risk management and mitigation to balance requirements, scope, and issues while delivering a successful project. The worker will need to possess good mediation skills for dealing with business units with conflicting requirements. The worker must demonstrate past successful projects where the worker guided and a team through a similar project. Experience executing a project where a large Cloud implementation was successful is a plus.
