The Accountability System for Educator Preparation (ASEP) within the Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) supports and facilitates the certification of Texas educators through approved Educator Preparation Programs (EPPs). This position will work with the ECOS development team to provide the following Software Testing Services:
1) Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases
2) Execute functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail
3) Create, execute, and maintain automation test cases and test scripts
4) Execute accessibility test cases and document all findings
5) Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data
6) Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to help determine test cases and clearly communicate issues found
