The Texas Railroad Commission ITS division requires the services of one experienced Business Analyst technical resource preferably with RRC Oil and Gas systems knowledge/experience hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of a Business Analyst 3 in legacy technology.
The Worker will apply their expert knowledge of business analysis in the RRC agency IT and business areas to support the needs of internal ITS development project teams.
