Skills Required:

Experience with Microsoft active directory Required 4 Years
Knowledgeable of IT Security frameworks and best practices Required 4 Years
Customer focused approach Required 4 Years
Manage agency identity and authentication management system Required 4 Years
Provide oversight and compliance for agency system accounts and groups Required 4 Year

Manage account request system
Assist customers with account issues
Monitor and review accounts and groups for security compliance
Ensure adherence to agency security requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve security issues using Microsoft Active Directory and other tools
Maintain agency security operations documentation
Assist in other agency security operations as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
