REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience as a project manager and/or business analyst working on large scale State and/or Federal Government projects. 15yrs – SME
• Experience in gathering, documenting and communicating business requirements. 10-15yrs -SME
• Experience with organizing project teams and work plans for multiple projects 10 yrs
•Experience estimating and planning project timelines and milestones, and administering task schedules 10 yrs
• Experience with multi-state projects a plus
PREFERRED:
• Experience working with Network, Linux, and Database Administrators. 10-15yrs -SME
• Experience working with Cloud Provider Support Teams, and third-party support contractors 10yrs -SME
•Experience with projects requiring knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and best practices
• Experience in designing, documenting and improving business processes
• Experience with training end users to access a data
•Experience with projects requiring an understanding of online web portal architectures and how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Overall project monitoring including Reemploy USA system support deliverable review, Cloud Provider Communications, Risk Management, Financial Management, Communications Management, Procurement Management, Stake Holder Management, Quality Management, Operations Management, Security Management and overall coordination of Test and Production and Disaster Response System Deployments/Tests, and documentation maintenance.
•Provide written status reports monthly summarizing activities performed, member states progress, vendor performance and any critical risks or change management issues
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
•Responsible for planning and coordinating all activities on cloud-facing projects, including creating project plans, monitoring project status, facilitating project meetings, managing risk, controlling scope, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables
• Consortium Risk Management to include maintaining risk register for finances, operations, etc.
• Managing multiple project teams that may be comprised of both state and contractor staff, including Project Leads, Business Analysts, Developers and various other program-related stakeholders.
• Liaise with teams, third party cloud vendors and the Technology staff.
• Person will work up to 40 hours most weeks with advance notice agreeable by vendor and agency
