SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Working under the direction of the technical lead, candidates will provide SAP Solution Manager Lead Support as well as SAP Basis and Infrastructure architecture guidance and Basis administration services related to the design, installation, testing and on-going maintenance of SAP and SAP third-party software packages in a Microsoft OS 2012/2016 and SQL 2014 environment. The major components of SAP included are ECC 6.0 – EHP8 on NetWeaver 7.5, SRM 7.02, Business Warehouse 7.31, PI 7.3, SOLMAN 7.2, Fiori Launchpad and gateway on NetWeaver 7.51, and Business Objects 4.1.
• The SAP Basis Administrator requested under this SOW manages and maintains SAP Solution Manager including solution landscape design, technical monitoring (Wily), incident management, CHARM, and other core Solution Manager functions.
• The position requires analyzing system requirements, enhancement pack installations, system, copies, service pack administration, managing change requests, providing work estimates, configuration of standard solutions, testing and all other SAP and third party administration functions.
• Candidate must provide hands-on expertise with implementation of SAP OSS notes and security patch management.
• Candidate must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and SQL databases.
• Candidate must provide formal written documentation and peer and user training
