SAP Instructional Designer/Trainer with Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML), Cash Management, Fiori, SharePoint, SAP Enable Now (WPB) and public finance/housing finance/government experience

Qualifications:
Prefer experience in the following SAP modules:
oTreasury & Risk Management (TRM)
oConsumer and Mortgage Loans (CML)
oCash Management
•Fiori experience preferred
•Expert Level Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; and SharePoint
•Knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus: finance, mortgages, bonds, affordable housing, public sector
•Must have solid oral and written communication skills
•Ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure
•SAP Enable Now (WPB)
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
•Work collaboratively with BAM team members to create course content, materials, and assessments that meet specified learning objectives/goals; including PowerPoint Presentations, SAP Enable Now Documents, Quick Reference Guides, Job Aids and Course Assessments
•Ensuring the instructional strategy that has been established for the project is applied to courses
•Ensure the design integrity of ILT courses is maintained by applying industry-standard instructional design principles and theories in the design process
•Revising all course materials according to course reviews by the client
•Collaborating with the Lead on schedules and deadlines
•Participate in facilitating Train-the-Trainer
•Co-facilitate end-user training with BAM appointed trainers where needed
Job Summary:
The Instructional Designer/Trainer is responsible for designing and developing effective and engaging instructional materials for instructor-led, web-based, expert-led and/or blending learning platforms. The Instructional Designer/Trainer will be tasked with performing curriculum design work consistent with sound instructional design principles and must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
