Pennsylvania is implementing an Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS) to report death events in Pennsylvania. EDRS is a web-based application that simplifies the data collection process and enhances communication between funeral directors, local registrars, coroners/medical examiners and certifying health care providers as they work together to register deaths online.
Business Analysts – Business analysts will primarily support DAVE users through phone outreach/education and account creation as part of the Phase 1 expansion and Phase 2 rollout of EDRS. Additional duties may include entering new locations into the DAVE application, assisting with calls from end-users, setting up facility management roles, mapping out system processes and new requirements, troubleshooting system issues, performing system testing, and developing user test scripts.
