Network Engineer (CCNA/CCNP) with LAN/WAN, SLA, VoIP, SIP and routers/switches experience
Location: Collegeville PA/ Groton CT
Duration: 12 months
Who are we looking for?
Network Engineer L3 who can support and provide expert level of technical support into operations project and should be open to work in 24*7 environment.
Technical Skills:
Good Networking understanding
Network monitoring knowledge
Experience on configuring router and switches
Experience in LAN and WAN
Knowledge of operations and SLA
Configure and support installation of various network devices and services. (e.g., routers, switches, VoIP phones, etc)
Work within established configuration and change management polices to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Work with network carriers to implement services. (Ethernet, T1, SIP)
Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within project scope.
Liaise with vendor and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Process Skills:
Expert understanding of Infrastructure Network Technology
Understanding to work in operations project under timelines
Work under critical defined SLA’s situations
Behavioral Skills:
Team Player
Must be able to learn new technologies quickly with little help.
Motivated personality that requires minimal supervision.
Qualification:
CCNA Certified
CCNP Preferred
Proven hands-on network engineering experience
Proficient in MicroSoft Office Applications
Good Communication Skills
5+ Years Networking Experience
