• 5+ years’ experience in data management and data architecture
• Good negotiation and the ability to influence, look for alternatives, and come to consensus
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of RDBMS Database technology – SQLServer
• Expert understanding of schema implementation and strong ability to interpret and tune queries
• Broad Knowledge of relational databases, query language and thorough knowledge of referential integrity
• Working technical experience with designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting data warehouses and DataMart Structures
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define and solve technical problems
• Solid knowledge and understanding of project methodologies and concepts
• Up to date knowledge in database technologies, data warehousing and data architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding star schema methodologies
• Strong T-SQL skills and demonstrable experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including SQL, SSIS, SSAS (Dimensional and Tabular), SSRS, DAX, MDX, and other components
• Training in Ralph Kimball data warehousing a plus
• Understanding of OLAP
• Knowledge and experience with multiple ETL tools and approaches
