The Contract Specialist/Technical writer / Analyst will be responsible for developing the a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and serve as the central coordination point for establishing the base (template) MOU, managing changes to the MOUs as services are modified.
This position will also collaborate with the CAM organization to research and manage the review and execution of out of scope devices and security and CIO exceptions as they relate to the infrastructure MOU between Commonwealth agencies and VITA.
