Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience as a system analyst for a data analytics, performance management system, or data warehousing project.
8Experience in gathering / validating and documenting requirements, leading meetings and facilitating discussions.
5Experience in writing Statement of Work (SOW), or Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Offers (RFO) of which a minimum of 2 years was spent for Texas state agencies or healthcare industry or data warehouse / analytics solution procurements.
5Architecting, designing, or implementing BI/AI solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry
5Strong technical writing anddiagraming skills, including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin), the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.
3Experience in assisting with the development of requirements for healthcare outcomes-based performance measures. Preferably with experience with healthcare informatics.
2Knowledge and expertise with cloud services offerings applicable to a data analytics solution with advanced AI and BI capabilities.
EffectiveRisk management skills
Strong Experience with state-of-the-art software components for a performance metrics data visualization or business intelligence environment
Strong Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.
Yes Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience.
Preferences:

3+Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry
Knowledge of artificial intelligence algorithms/machine learning in healthcare is a plus.
2+Prior experience with an HHS agency
3+Prior experience in systems analysis in the technology industry, including selection, installation, and configuration of software tools
