Minimum Qualifications
•Five (5) years’ experience in Developer/Programmer role
oA Master’s degree substitutes for three years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree substitutes for two years, or an Associate’s degree substitutes for one year
•Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months in Developer/Programmer role
•Three (3) years’ experience with the Salesforce Platform

•Certified Salesforce Administrator

Description of Project
The State of Minnesota Office of MNIT Services (MNIT) @ the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) Salesforce Center of Excellence is engaged to migrate eLicensing systems to a Salesforce for Government Org. The State is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer that will assist the MNIT Salesforce team and eLicensing application owners with the migration. Work will consist of planning (use case review, meetings. etc.), configuration of the Salesforce application (development in Salesforce), documenting the application, testing the application that was developed, and supporting the application after deployment during the transition to support by StatE Staff. Work is anticipated to be on site at the First National Bank Building; 332 Minnesota Street, St. Paul, MN 55101.

•Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
•Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
•Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
