DevOps Engineer with Linux, CI/CD, Puppet, Docker, Intel Compiler, Visual Studio and Agile/Scrum experience

Description:
DevOps will start with a project to move ‘all’ software developers to a Virtualized Developer Workspace Environment (based on VDI) within our On-premise Datacenter.
The candidate we are seeking should have experience in translating User Feedback into Requirements and Use cases. Is also capable of making a clear inventory of the current used toolset.
The Requirement and Use cases will be used as guideline for:
• Developers Workspace functional and technical design
• Hardware specification / purchase
• Security improvement proposals included (secure by design)
• Setting up the correct CDE including adapting our current Build, CI/CD environment aswell as how to manage our current HPC(ideally moving it to managed environment)
The candidate should also have a strong attitude towards hands-on work.
Competencies the candidate should have:
• Windows(win7, win10) and Linux(RHEL 7) experience
• Be able to think in abstract terms as well as pragmatic approach
• Should be proficient in CI/CD
• Strong in technical and problem solving skillset
• Strong in setting up processes and rolling them out successfully
• Experience With Puppet
• Experience With securing a software development environment
• Experience with Docker is a plus
• Visual Studio Development Environment is a plus
• Experience with Intel Compiler
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum)
