•Supported computer hardware component installation, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement
•Network and local printer/printer driver installation, setup and troubleshooting
•Secure erasing and wiping hard drives
•Configure & image computer systems
•Browser troubleshooting
•Agency owned and licensed software Installation and setup Application execution troubleshooting
•Account login (username and password) troubleshooting
•Drive mapping, folder access, and troubleshooting
•Internet connectivity troubleshooting (wired and wireless)
•Similar duties as assigned
