Tableau/Informatica/Salesforce Developer with PM, Oracle, Sql, pl/sql, Agile, ETL, Einstein/Wave, Data Migration/Loader, Mulesoft and Regulatory systems/Health and Human services experience

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8Effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear and concise manner.
8Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of business users.
5Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau desktop.
5Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Sybase databases and the associated query languages (SOQL, Sql, pl/sql, etc.)
5Create data marts to support complex reporting queries.
5Performance tune SQL queries including alteration of database objects to increase performance.
3Experience using agile for project management methodologies
2Experience with Informatica for ETL processes.
1Salesforce reporting experience using built-in reporting and Einstein/Wave.
1Data Migration experience using Jitterbit Data Loader, Mulesoft or other Salesforce data extraction tools.

The workers responsibilities and skills must include but not limited to:
•Knowledge of the Salesforce platform’s underlying database
•Creation of reports in Salesforce.
•Experience with implementing extraction, transformation and loading of data from transactional systems into a data warehouse.
•Experience in creating Tableau reports and dashboards.
•Experience with Oracle databases, data marts, table creation, and SLQ tuning.
•Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application.
•Coach and mentor peers and emerging members of the team and participate in code reviews to ensure development quality.
•Other duties as assigned.
