Automation Tester with Mercury, system/integration/regression/performance testing, SQA/Rational/HP, ALM, RTM, technical writing and healthcare experience

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience in the Information Technology industry
8 Experience in a web-based software development environment
8 Experience with various testing processes including system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing
5 Experience with creation and execution of software test plans, test cases, test case scenarios, and test result documents
2 Experience on large project teams involving more than 5 team members
2Experience with at least one defect tracking tool (e.g. SQA/Rational/HP), ideally background in ALM tool
2Creative abilities to integrate various tools/techniques to facilitate integration testing in limited automated software test tool environment
2Familiarity with the use of requirements traceability matrices (RTMs) as a basis for developing and executing test cases
2Excellent oral and written communication skills
2Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor other team members
2Good team-member skills

1+Work experience within a Health and Human Services Commission Agency
Worker(s) are necessary to create test scripts, associate scripts to requirements, and conduct system and user testing for modifications to several systems (ID-CARE, SAS, CSIL, NTK and LTC Provider) and web services to support changes to the Texas Medicaid Management Information System (TMMIS) for Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs related to assessment forms and claims in preparation for migration to managed care.
