Job Description:
Resource is 1) essential for system performance and 2) does not work on individual projects directly but support the underlying Bridges infrastructure framework. Their efforts ensure these enhancements, or “projects” will function as planned by identifying, coordinating changes, configuring and connecting integrated systems at a foundational level.
This is a critical resource to provide support for the projects listed below.
1) Eligibility KTLO (M&O) – Includes ALM Toolset support, Splunk UCL, BSI/DCv9 support for all Eligibility system
2) HMP3 – Supports HMP Workforce Engagement and HMP3 Eligibility time limits
3) Essential Eligibility Projects
a) Hub NGDI Migration
b) Contact Center – Year Two
c) FAP Fixes
d) TLFA Reports
e) Bridges update logic for ingestion of TPL file
f) Bridges MCS EDG build logic changes
g) Bridges incorrect MCS approval on program request
h) Bridges QMB not auto approved for LIF/TMA/SNA clients with Medicare
I) Bridges incorrect CSCD on Medicare claim screen from TPL interface
m) VLP connection to DHS through SOM hub update from V33 to V37
n) CDS provider rate changes
o) BSI Bridges scanning and indexing datacap 9 upgrade
