Salesforce Certified Admin (SFDC) with PM, BA and CRM experience
Location: Chicago, IL

Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of Flow Builder and Process Builder including working with collections, invokable flows, and user screens.
• Work closely with business analysts to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM and how it can be best applied to meet the needs of a rapidly growing, global user community
• Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and communicate effectively with the team/business.
• Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of IT projects, including writing technical and functional specification documents
• Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
• Work with Business Systems Team and business users to interpret the business requirements and define the scope of development efforts
• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and other related systems
• Assist Project Managers by identifying required tasks, timelines, dependencies, critical path items, resource requirements, etc. to complete a project
• Effectively communicate task and project status and escalate to management as necessary
• Proactively manage assigned issues and risks and develop remediation plans
• Design and Develop Customizations on Salesforce.com platform
• Pardot experience a plus

Qualification:
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
5-10 year proven experience as a SalesForce professional and having Advanced Administrator Certification in salesforce.
