Qualification
Eight years or more of functional analyst/lead position in PeopleSoft HCM (especially Core HR, Position Management and Benefit Administration)
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving mission critical issues related to PeopleSoft HR in the public sector and reporting findings directly to executive teams
Two years or more of hands on functional experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Version 9.2 (especially in Core HR, Position Management and Benefit Administration modules)
Experience with an upgrade to PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 in a public-sector environment OR experience with a re-architecture effort using PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 in a public-sector environment to align with PeopleSoft best practices
