This Lead Web Developer will lead the effort in development of all the components required to build critical system for the Medicaid Transformation Project. The ideal candidate will work with the Architect and apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues; contributes to the development of new ideas and methods; work on complex problems /projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation; exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined patterns and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
This position will work closely with business and technology owners to capture objectives and strategies while also working closely with the staff or vendors who are engaged to provide the solutions and services. Refine the organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the Project
