Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
10Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems
2Functional and technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft HRM version 9.1.
StrongProven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
StrongCommunication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels.
StrongStrong technical writing skills.

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
1 Implementing/upgrading or maintaining the PeopleSoft HR system (CHAPS) at the Texas Workforce Commission.
1 Implementing Performance Management in PeopleSoft HRM version 9.1.

TWC currently uses PeopleSoft HRM v9.1 as its HR system. TWC uses the following modules: HR, Base Benefits, Recruit, Training, and Payroll. TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers.

TWC would like an experienced PeopleSoft HR consultant to help identify how the agency can use the PeopleSoft HR system to automate current manual Human Resources processes. Worker will augment TWC’s PeopleSoft technical and functional teams to help identify and implement PeopleSoft HR processes (as is or with modification) to automate current processes.

Other Special Requirements: We are interested in every qualified candidate who is currently eligible to work in the United States. The candidate must be available to begin work on the start date agreed upon by TWC and the vendor. TWC does not sponsor visas for staff augmentation contractors.
