JOB DESCRIPTION The contractor’s duties will be divided into five (5) phases:
Phase 1:
Configure Production and VMWare vCenter and setup Virtual Switches.
Configure Dell Compellent SAN drives and Brocade Switches for VMware Host Servers
Migration of Hyper-V Production Host to Production VMWare environment
Migration of QA and Test Hyper-V server to New 2016 Hyper-V Hosts
Phase 2:
Install and Migrate Group Policy to new server
Reconfigure Group Policy for Current environment, update and delete any unnecessary policies. Develop Policy and Procedures for Group Polices.
Phase 3:
Establish test and develop migration policies and procedure for Department of Health email mailbox to Offices 365.
Configure Office 365 for Email Archiving, Email Encryption, Email Journaling and OneDrive for Domain Users. Establish DLP Polices for Agency.
Phase 4:
Setup and configure SCCM and patch manager for all DOH Servers.
Establish Backup Policies and Procedures for Onsite and Disaster recovery
Setup and Configure SAN and servers at ITS Co-location for Disaster recovery
Active Directory Cleanup
Final Phase:
Conduct and establish Training and Documentation for Server Environment and assist with other Server Admin tasks as directed by Server Admin Manager.
