Business/Data Analyst (CBAB) with SQL, database/application coonfiguration and Versa Database experience

Minimum Requirements:

5Work experience in business analysis including gathering requirements, documenting requirements, performing analysis and interpreting customer stories into technical requirements
5Work experience writing SQL queries
5Work experience in accessing database information and application configuration
5Knowledge of developmental methodologies, practices, principles, methodologies, and techniques of systems analysis
5Knowledge of computer operations procedures and systems
Strong Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
StrongSkill in identifying measures or indicators of program performance and troubleshooting related problems
StrongSkill in delivering and understanding complex, technical oral and written instructions and communicating with individuals having various levels of technical expertise and knowledge

Worker will be responsible for identifying and understanding business objectives, gathering project requirements, documenting issues, and translating these requirements into specific systems and operational process documents. Worker analyzes and plans customer requirements and how service solutions will meet those objectives. Will also be responsible for analyzing and communicating specific solutions, scope documents, and configuration of existing systems into the production environment. The worker writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify solutions; reviews system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine how the existing system of record (Versa) can be enhanced to achieve the project objectives, or how new software can be developed to meet customer goals.
Worker has working knowledge of the Structured Query Language (SQL) and is able to produce SQL code for querying a relational database.

•Development of software documentation according to agency standards
•Preparation staging of data for testing
