Minimum Qualifications
•B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year)

oAssociate’s degree (2 year) with 5 years’ experience in Systems Analysis and/or Administration
•Three (3) years’ experience working with EngagePoint Audit
•Three (3) years’ experience working with EngagePoint Notify
•Three (3) years’ experience working with EngagePoint Content
•Three (3) years’ experience working with ActiveVOS
•Three (3) years’ experience working with Connecture
•Three (3) years’ experience working with IBM Curam
•Three (3) years’ experience working with IBM Middleware hosted systems integrated with Oracle IAM
Desired Skills
•Experience installing, maintaining, and operating at least five (5) of the following software packages: WebSphere Application Server Network Deploy, IBM Enterprise Service Bus, IBM HTTP Server, IBM Business Process Manager, WebSphere Transformation Extender, IBM MQSeries, and IBM Integration Bus (4 years each)
•Computer Science or Information Technology degree
•Experience providing analysis, architectural design, and/or implementation of (5 years for each):
oWebSphere application server
oIBM messaging software
oIBM transformation software
oIBM business process software
•Experience with Linux OS administration, operation, and scripting (4 years)
•Experience operating change management software IBM ClearQuest and RTC (3 years)

Tasks and Deliverables
•Install, support, and maintain IBM middleware products including but not limited to: WebSphere Application Server Network Deploy, IBM Enterprise Service Bus, IBM HTTP Server, IBM Business Process Manager, WebSphere Transformation Extender, IBM MQSeries, and IBM Integration Bus
•Provide experienced support and consultation for all of the following commercial off-the-shelf software packages: EngagePoint Audit, EngagePoint Notify, EngagePoint Content, ActiveVOS, Connecture, IBM Curam
•Provide support and consultation for custom-developed state software solutions that integrate between COTS and legacy systems or otherwise support the METS systems and processes
•Support and build integration between business program software and enterprise IAM security solutions
•Monitor supported systems directly and procedurally
•Apply required fix-packs to the WAS, HTTP, ESB servers
•Maintain consistent architectural topologies in all application environments while integrating application changes and infrastructure improvements
•Create and use automated deployment scripts for WAS, ESB, BPM, IIB, and WTX applications
•Provide other middleware-related functions to support the METS and dependent applications and subsystems
•Create technical architectural design documents
•Implement and support highly available, recoverable, and secure systems and integration
•Integrate individual software solutions to applicable systems
•Deploy code updates to middleware and in-house software packages
•Test and validate implemented changes
•Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
•Provide updates as required for MNIT, MNsure and DHS leadership
•Provide operational and production maintenance support
•Foster a culture that supports and drives staff engagement and collaboration in support of State objectives
•Transfer knowledge to MNIT@DHS staff
