Deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows Active Directory and supporting infrastructure (policy, DNS, PKI) in a large Active Directory environment Required 10 Years
PowerShell, writing scripts for automation, system administration Required 6 Years
Expert level knowledge – hands on experience: deploying Azure services in IaaS and PaaS cloud services Required 3 Years

This position will be in the role of a senior technical implementation lead and a tier-3 IT support role, to include documentation and training PSERS IT staff. The position will report to the IT Director.
Documentation and support for O365 SharePoint Online. This position will be a technical lead for migrating agency data from on-prem file servers to the cloud/SharePoint Online.
OneDrive for Business – support, plan, execute user data migrations
Skype for Business/Teams – planning and rollout to the service, video, meetings, collaboration support
Office 365 Productivity Application Support, PC and mobile devices
Technical Lead for implementation, training, and support escalation
Support for teams requiring AD support

Technical Lead for planning and assisting PSERS IT Staff to migrate to Azure Platform as a Service (Paas) and Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas)
Must have excellent PowerShell scripting skills and experience
Position works closely with:
•Security/Network Team – proxy issues, MFA, firewall support, event logging and security information and event management systems (SIEM), monitoring and compliance with security policies, bandwidth impact for data migrations and apps hosted in Azure
•Application Development Teams – support for underlying cloud infrastructure, migrating apps, standing up new services related to infrastructure, security, application hosting, disaster recovery
•SCCM Team – assist with keeping Office Applications updated on end user devices; keep abreast of the changes that are being released and understand what impact or new features the agency will benefit from adopting and identify areas for training needs of agency staff
•Workstation Support Team – issues with Office Apps installed on PC’s and laptops and mobile devices related to cloud/Office 365/infrastructure issues
Compose scripts to automate system administrative tasks
Compose scripts for reporting, license management
Work with other IT support teams to trouble shoot issues related to authentication
