SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Lead Functional Consultant with a total experience of 10 or more years in payroll, of which 5 years are in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. 10+
Implementation project experience. At least three implementation projects where the candidate was the lead functional consultant for Employee Central Payroll / SAP HCM Payroll. 3+
Strong understanding of integration between Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems. 3+
Well versed in the various processes of implementation projects including, but not be limited to, business requirements gathering, design, testing, data conversion, reporting etc. 5+
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions per business requirements 5+
Experience with data migrations 5+
Excellent team player and collaborator. Person should be a good liaison between the project team, business process owners, and other stake holders. No min.
