Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience with PowerBuilder up to version 11 or higher (Experience analyzing, diagnosing, coding, testing and implementing)
8 DB2 (Experience utilizing, analyzing, diagnosing/trouble-shooting and resolving in the context of application development)
6 Visual Studio 2010 or higher (Experience utilizing for building installable applications)

Preferences:

5 CVS/GIT/SVN
5 Neon Shadow Direct for DB2
5 Java EE 6 or higher, JSP, Spring Framework, WebSphere, Unit testing tools and frameworks (Junit, Selenuim, etc.)

Perform advanced computer programming work. Develop and support complex multi-user software information systems written in PowerBuilder, Transact SQL and Java. Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing, diagnosing and resolving reported software problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients. Documents current processes, reviews written specification additions/modifications and creates test cases for submitted defects involving new and modified program policies. Analyze, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others. Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives.
