Part-time Security Architect (CISSP must) with data masking, MFA, data classification, IS DLP and government (must) experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related IT field (4-year degree);
Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (“CISSP”) Certification;
Five years of experience as a Security Enterprise Architect working in a federal or state organization;
Five years of experience architecting secure data masking solutions in a federal or state organization;
Five years of experience architecting and implementing MFA in a federal or state organization;
Five years of experience implementing data classification in a federal or state organization; and
Five years of experience implementing information security DLP in a federal or state organization.

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ten years of experience as a Security Enterprise Architect in a federal or state organization;
Strong communication skills, working with both technical and non-technical people, including:
Strong presentation and verbal skills demonstrating the ability to communicate complex security architectures to a non-technical audience;
Strong written skills with proven ability to document security and network architectures, procedures, and reports for a non-technical audience; and
Strong instructional skills for mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Five years of project management methodology experience with information technology projects. Experience may include serving as the point of contact for project status, meetings, reporting requirements, scope changes/extensions, scope issues, and concerns raised by staff or project stakeholders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Work approximately 16-24 hours a week during regular OSC business hours (i.e., between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays). There will be no off-hours work required.
Work at OSC’s office building located at 110 State Street in Albany, NY. There will be no travel to offsite locations.
Report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer, with collaboration with the OSC Enterprise Architecture unit.
OSC will provide all necessary IT equipment.
