Infrastructure PM (PMP) with workflow, BPR, SLA, MS Project/Clarity, change management, data center, procurement and child support experience

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8Experience with project management techniques and strategies, system development life cycle (SDLC) processes, and/or infrastructure and operational projects, defining and solving problems, estimating and scheduling resources, producing project documentation, developing and implementing plans and work breakdown structures.
8Experience participating and leading project meetings to communicate status and stay informed on issues that may impact projects; ability to prepare and explain complex information and provide presentations, briefings, and proposals to a diverse audience.
8Experience managing projects to deploy IT solutions that include working with technical teams, project managers, business partners, management, vendors, sub-contractors and end users.
5Coordinates and/or analyzes computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations; as well as user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems.
5Experience in ensuring the delivery of IT services through oversight of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with end users/contractors and monitoring of IT system performance.
5Experience reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating project deliverables and quality; ability to communicate project status and explain project methodology and processes to project stakeholders; ability to identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
5Extensive verbal and written communication skills
3Experience as supervisor, manager or technical leader
3Skill in developing, driving, documenting and maintaining strategic and operational governance processes, standards and procedures for users.
3Experience with project management software and scheduling tools, such as MS Project or CA Technologies Clarity
3Ability to convey complex and highly-technical information to a diverse audience; ability to work cooperatively with technical teams and business customers in a professional office environment; ability to provide excellent customer service

1Knowledge of and experience with the Texas Child Support program or Texas Child Support Enforcement Systems
1Knowledge of the Department of Information Resources Data Center Services program; State of Texas Procurement program
The worker will have knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis, development, infrastructure or operational multiple-phase projects for which they have responsibility. The worker will manage day-to-day execution of design, development, testing and implementation activities; actively encourage and facilitate communication between business analysts, development, QA teams, business customers and/or system and data administrators; and ensure that system requirements are documented, complete, accurate and approved.
