The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts seeks a qualified candidate to administer/support/reset passwords using Active Directory for statewide judicial information systems. Provides assistance to Access Administration team and others, as needed. Preference will be given to candidates with help desk or call center experience. Highly motivated candidates with good phone and writing skills and attention to detail that work well in a strong team environment are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of the NC judicial system is a plus.
Strong experience with Active Directory is required. Any experience with TSO(Mainframe Applications) and disc encryption software is preferred. NCAOC uses Service Desk as their ticketing system.
