Helpdesk Analyst with phone/email/in person support, L1, iPads/iPhones/Windows PC/MS Office support, training, audio-visual/tv/monitor support and wifi experience

Location: Chesterfield ,VA (locals only)
Duration:6 months
Interview: Webcam Interview Only
*candidates will work onsite 80% of the time. Once restrictions are lifted, they will be onsite 100% of the time, NO exceptions

Skills:
Ability to effectively interact with agency staff by phone, email or in person. Required 2 Years
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse number of IT tasks and bring to successful closure in a brief amount of time. Required 2 Years
Experience with a help desk environment for Level 1 support Required 2 Years
Help desk experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, mifi), Windows based client computers with Microsoft office products. Required 2 Years
Ability to educate/assist users with training/education guides to ensure staff future success. Required 2 Years
Ability to document processes as needed. Highly desired 2 Years
Experience supporting audio-visual equipment to include connected television/monitors Highly desired 2 Years

VDEM requires assistance with general help desk first level support.
VDEM requires assistance with first level support and training for general client computing questions to include queries regarding smartphones, audio-visual equipment, printers, MS Office use, add workflows for submitting tickets. VDEM is transforming to the COV and currently has an internal help desk for agency-specific functions.
