Desktop Support Engineer/Windows Admin with SSL, ADFS, PowerShell, Office, LDAP, active directory and incident/ticket management experience
Location: Austin TX (TPWD)
Duration: 12 months
Will serve as primary support administrator in all Tier 3 Microsoft related customer Incident support calls. Will assist other System Administrators as needed.
2 Experience in Windows Server Operating System Administration (2008, 2012, 2016) Experience in configuring access permissions, troubleshooting server and connectivity issues, security incident remediation, SSL certificates, ADFS, PowerShell scripting. Experience in supporting Windows 7 and 10 clients. Experience in resolving Microsoft office issues.
2 Experience in managing Active Directory including account maintenance, policy pack, LDAP., group maintenance.
2 Performs resolution of second/Third Tier Incident ticket support providing quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to audiences with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
2 Excellent Customer Support skills and experience in working with ticket-based incident management.
Services to begin as soon as possible through December 31, 2020. Total estimated worker hours shall not exceed 1056 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, terminated and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
