Helpdesk Analyst/Desktop Support Engineer with Azure Active Directory, access management, Group Policies, Windows and Audit experience

Location: 3771 Eastwood Dr Jackson MS (MSDH) ** on-site at least a few days a week. **
Duration: 18 months

The contractor will be responsible for completing day to day User Management functions involving:
• Account creation and modification in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and 3rd party applications
• Account unlocks and password resets in 3rd party applications
• IT access request processing and documentation management
• Correspondence with Unit Security Contacts and other members of the agency regarding access requests or other related requests or issues
• Processing employee terminations in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and 3rd party applications
The contractor will also be responsible for assisting in a special project to:
• Audit Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Maintain Documentation on Active Directory and Group Policy as well as Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access Policies
• Assist in reorganizing Active Directory
