Technical Skills:
Experience working on Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP and native Microsoft tools
Security administration experience on the AD/Wintel platforms, such as account management, access control and privilege management
Prepares ad hoc reports (Active Directory share/group) as requested for SOX or Internal audit requests
Add/Modify/Delete Active Directory groups
Create/Modify/Delete File Folder and Shares
Home Directory creation/modification
Experience with Sailpoint Identity Management Systems
Experience in Remote Access administration and user provisioning using Radius and RSA SecurID
Maintain and update provisioning technical documentation
Provision privileged access IDs and support TPAM PAR requests
Experience with Quest TPAM system
Adding and Managing UserIDs, Systems, and Servers
Setting up Permission Hierarchy by assigning access policy to accounts, collections, systems, UserIDs, and Groups.
Adding and Managing collections containing systems and vaulted accounts
Adding and Managing vaulted accounts for password checkout
Setup of auto discovery of UserIDs and systems using LDAP Directory Mapping
Importing and updating large changes to systems and accounts using Batch Processing
Configuring Synchronized Passwords to allow multiple accounts, on different systems
Capable of creating on-demand reports for TPAM changes, listing of objects for troubleshooting configuration setup.
Develop, test and use PowerShell or Visual Basic/Perl scripts processing security access requests.
Monitors the environment for adherence to security standards
Review incident tickets (alerts) generated by the monitoring system

Process Skills:
The role is responsible for providing IT security services for end users across the enterprise, while adhering to *** security policy and security standards, including the knowledge of processes for the provisioning, & de-provisioning of access to active directory, windows servers and remote access and the usage of security tools to support these services. Process elements include procedures, knowledge management, metrics, risk identification, as well as understanding of the catalog of service items. The candidate must have an understanding of service management, including incident and problem management and be able to work across multiple business units and technologies.
10+ years of IT security work experience in Active Directory & MS Windows Server Administration
Hands-on experience troubleshooting Identity Access Management solutions and services, with working knowledge of access control models across technologies
Experience with TPAM and Sailpoint Identity Management tools

Somebody who has at least 2+ relevant years of work experience in Identity Management and Privileged Access.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
