5. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS (Required/Mandatory):
5.1.1. Five years of experience with ETL using Microsoft visual studio business intelligence tool or Azure Data factory.
5.1.2. Five years of experience with dashboard development.
5.1.3. Two years of experience with Public Health Disease Surveillance Data dashboarding.
5.1.4. Three years or experience with Qlik View, Qlik Sense.
5.1.5. Five years of experience performing requirements analysis and generating ad-hoc reports.
5.1.6. Five years of experience with SQL relational databases and Decision Support Systems (DSS), high performance, service-oriented, and multi-tiered environments.
5.1.7. Five years of experience with object-oriented analysis and design.
5.1.8. Five years of demonstrated experience in system support and maintenance.
5.1.9. Five years of experience writing relational and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) database queries using SQL.
5.1.10. Five years of experience working with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or Azure data factory.
5.1.11. Five years of experience with software build and release management methodologies.
5.1.12. Five years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.

6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS:
6.1.1. Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1.1. Design and Develop Qlik dashboards to satisfy program requirements daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.1.2. Develop and support dashboards using Qlik sense daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.1.3. Develop and maintain Data visualizations, trends, graphs, and charts as directed by Department.
6.1.1.4. Develop, implement, and maintain drill down data, slice and dice data dashboards as directed by Department
6.1.1.5. Develop, implement, and maintain User interactive feedback dashboard design as directed by Department
6.1.1.6. Train and mentor team members and users on Qlik sense tool as directed by Department.
6.1.1.7. Develop and Maintain user requirement documents for the dashboard and other projects as directed by Department.
6.1.1.8. Design and Develop Ad-hoc reports and queries to meet user and program needs daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.1.9. Develop new SQL server integration packages as needed for Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.1.10. Document system design, functionality, technical objectives, business requirements, business processes, and system processes daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.1.11. Work with Division resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.1.12. The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order.

1. PURPOSE:
1.1. This statement of work is for Data Architect Advanced to develop new and support of existing Data Dashboards for Division of Disease Control and Health Protection’s Data Integration team . Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health.
